Save a Mapping Template

Save a field mapping as a template. You can then import the template back into field mapping and apply it to a single project or all projects.

To save a field mapping as a template, complete the following steps:

1. On the Fields tab, select the project whose mapping you want to save as a template
2. In the Templates menu, click Save.
3. In the Save dialog box, select a folder and click Save. You can change the project name; however, .fieldmap.xml is appended to any name you use.
